Poultry Farm

The farm is located in central north Bulgaria, near the town of Pleven, 30 km away from Nikipol and approximately 190 km away from the capital Sofia. There is very good connection to the main motorway, which connects Sofia-Ruse-Romania and is only 8 km away from the farm.

The farm comprises of:

14 solid concrete buildings, each 1060sq. m with its own electricity and water supply and canalization.
Administrative building with total of 351sq.m. which has been recently redecorated.
Fruit garden with variety of trees, including apple, plum, cherry, apricot and others and a vegetable one with total area of over 2000sq.
There are green areas between each of the buildings each approximately. 900sq.m. which can be used for free range breeding.

The farm is partly operational at the moment. Seven of the fourteen buildings are completely equipped with all necessary equipment. Four of which are for growing chickens and three are for egg production. However the farm can be converted to breed any birds as well as other animals, including snails and rabbits.

The farm can be also converted into grain store or warehouse.

The recent accession of Bulgaria to the EU opens new opportunities for investment in the country. There are many Investment funds in place which are designed to boost the agriculture sector.
